1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Skin Sanctuary is a nurse-led skincare and aesthetics practice providing consultations, professional skincare treatments, aesthetic services, memberships, and retail products.
The information provided on this website is intended for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Individual recommendations are provided during consultations and appointments based on each client's unique needs and circumstances.
By using this website or booking services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
2. APPOINTMENTS & BOOKING
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, through approved booking platforms, or directly with our team.
Certain services may require a consultation, deposit, credit card on file, or prepayment at the time of booking.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information, health history, and any information necessary for safe and effective treatment.
Skin Sanctuary reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify appointments when necessary due to safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, inaccurate information, or failure to comply with clinic policies.
3. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. To respect the time of our providers and accommodate other clients seeking care, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service value.
- Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service value.
- Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments.
- Repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or scheduling violations may require prepayment to secure future appointments.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur and reserve the right to review situations on a case-by-case basis.
4. SERVICES & RESULTS
Every treatment performed at Skin Sanctuary is customized based on the client's individual concerns, goals, skin condition, and treatment plan.
While we are committed to providing evidence-based recommendations and high-quality care, results cannot be guaranteed. Outcomes vary based on factors including but not limited to skin condition, lifestyle, medical history, product compliance, treatment consistency, and individual response to care.
Before-and-after photographs, testimonials, and case studies represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees of specific results.
5. CONSULTATIONS & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health information, including medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, recent procedures, and skincare products currently being used.
Providing incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information may affect treatment safety, treatment recommendations, and overall results.
Skin Sanctuary reserves the right to postpone, modify, or decline treatment if a provider believes a service may not be appropriate or safe for the client.
6. PAYMENTS & PRICING
All pricing is subject to change without notice.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise specified. Skin Sanctuary accepts approved payment methods available through our booking system, online store, or in-clinic checkout process.
Promotions, discounts, memberships, packages, and special offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions provided at the time of purchase.
7. MEMBERSHIPS
Membership programs are designed to provide ongoing value and support for clients committed to maintaining healthy skin.
By enrolling in a membership, clients agree to recurring monthly billing and the specific terms associated with their selected membership plan.
Membership benefits, discounts, credits, and perks:
- Are non-transferable
- Have no cash value
- May not be exchanged for cash or refunds
- Are subject to modification as membership programs evolve
Additional membership terms may apply and will be communicated at enrollment.
8. PRODUCTS & RETURNS
Due to the nature of professional skincare products, all product sales are final unless otherwise stated.
If you experience concerns regarding a product purchase, please contact our team. While refunds may not be available, we are committed to helping clients find alternative solutions whenever possible.
Any approved product returns or exchanges will be handled according to the policies in effect at the time of purchase.
9. GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Skin Sanctuary is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & WEBSITE
All website content, including text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, videos, designs, educational materials, and service descriptions, is the property of Skin Sanctuary and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

- Failure to follow treatment instructions or aftercare recommendations
- Failure to disclose relevant health information
- Improper use of products
- Individual treatment responses beyond our reasonable control
