We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before your appointment may be made without penalty.
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur an automatic charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service value.
- Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice may also be charged 50% of the scheduled service value.
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a card on file and/or prepayment for future appointments.
This policy helps us respect our providers' time and allows us the opportunity to offer appointment availability to other clients waiting to be seen. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
